A combination of healthy diet and regular exercise is crucial for reducing belly fat. Focus on whole foods, limit added sugars and engage in both aerobic and strength training exercises.

Chronic stress can contribute to abdominal fat accumulation. So, stress reducing techniques like meditation or yoga may be beneficial.

Poor sleep patterns have been linked to weight gain, including abdominal fat. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep per night.
