Eating frequent, balanced meals and snacks throughout the day can contribute to increase calorie intake.

Incorporate resistance training exercise to build muscle mass, which can contribute to healthy weight gain.

Ensure an adequate intake of protein to support muscle growth and repair.

Stay well-hydrated, but avoid excessive consumption before meals to prevent feeling too full to eat.
