Not just food but nutrition rich food is essential for the body to achieve disease free health. Eating is an essential aspect of our daily lives and we all want to ensure that we are making the right choice for our health and wellbeing.

However, many people make eating mistake, when it comes to the diet, which can have significant consequences for their health. Working women and even men during their office hours they eat anything to satisfy their hunger, when they feel hungry.

                             Why do we need to eat? 

We have to do lots of activities throughout the day and we need energy to perform activities.

Body’s way to get energy; Sleep, Oxygen and food.

If proper food is consumed, the food benefits the body as follows;

  • Gives us energy
  • Accelerate recovery
  • Support growth
  • Gets rid of nutrients deficiencies –
  • Detoxifies the body. 

Food is an important tool for providing information to the body. If low nutritious food is taken repeatedly, the stomach gets full but the cells of the body do not get proper nutrition. We feel good for a while but the cells again send signals of Hunger to the hypothalamus (a region of the brain that controls hunger and Satiety) and tell that we need food but actually cells need nutrition. We cannot recognize this sign of body and again low nutritious food is consumed, the body cells deprived from proper nutrition and become dysfunctional. Thus, the body becomes the gate of the life-threatening disease. It is precisely because of low nutritional food that some people become victims of addiction.

Low nutritional foods, junk foods provide the opposite effects to the body; –
